IT'S RINGO STAR in disguise as a disgruntled beatnik in the film "Help!" starring the Beatles. This second film of the Liverpool four opens Friday at the Center Theater. All of the Beatles are disguised in this new in color picture in order to escape the attention of the priests of Kaili. What happens in the film is anyone's guess, just as the title implies
