This item was sold as a “home movie experience,” a small kit that allowed fans to “relive the Beatles’ arrival in America” in their own homes.
The package included: a silent black-and-white 8 mm mini-film featuring archival footage of the Beatles during their first visit to the United States (February 1964, arrival at JFK Airport, and television appearances); a 7-inch, 33⅓ rpm flexi-disc containing a musical and narrated track that was to be played simultaneously with the film screening. The cover artwork features the title in typography typical of Beatlemania, stylized silhouettes of the four members, and the red text at the bottom: A FOTO-FI Film Presentation

Since it did not have an official license, Foto-Fi used stock footage from press sources and newsreel agencies, modifying it slightly to avoid direct copyright claims from Brian Epstein’s NEMS Enterprises or United Artists
